1. Commit
To book your session is straight forward, you select a time that you can fully dedicate to your transformation.​ and fill in the booking form. There's a link at the end of this page.
2. Take Responsibility
To foster independence, we do not send automated reminders, so add the appointment to your calendar immediately. Showing up and being fully present is your first step in taking control.
3. Prepare
After booking, I may contact you otherwise you will receive a confidential 'Onboarding' form for pre-session discovery. Completing trully starts your journey and this ensures we hit the ground running.
4. Arrive
Arrive present and ready, give yourself time to be on time and so we start by getting to know each other. Then changes are already starting to happen in a natural flow.
